HP Compaq 8300 Elite Modest Form Factor
CPU: i5 3470 3.2Ghz,
RAM: 8GB,
HDD: 500GB Hdd

I bought this PC as I heard it was easy to configure with Hackintosh.

I would like to upgrade GPU (Mac OS Mojave / High Sierra compatible), SSD and RAM. I would like advice for all these parts as this would be my kickoff Desktop PC build.

I am planning to use it to triple boot Mac OS Mojave, Ubuntu and Windows x. I would like to use it for Web Evolution (Softwares I programme on using: Visual Studio Code, Photoshop, Illustrator, Subsequently Furnishings & Premiere Pro).

Not a good idea. Get at least two 250 GB SSDs. Give macOS information technology's ain SSD and put Windows and Ubuntu on the other. Mojave requires that you utilize the APFS file system. Not a good option to put Windows (NTFS) on the same drive. It volition exist problematic.
